Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive theoretical framework for understanding how the Inspiration Economy operationalizes "Engineering Consciousness" and the "Architecture of Meaning." Drawing on a decade of applied research through the International Inspiration Economy Project and its network of socioeconomic problem-solving labs, the paper demonstrates how inspiration functions as a measurable currency that transforms complex problems into opportunities for sustainable development. The framework integrates Edgar Morin's philosophy of complexity, hermeneutic methodologies, and transdisciplinary practice to show how inspiration can be systematically cultivated, deployed, and measured across diverse contexts. The paper establishes that the Inspiration Economy represents a paradigm shift from transaction-based economics to meaning-based socioeconomic development, with Engineering Consiousness and the Architecture of Meaning serving as the twin pillars that make this transformation possible. Through comparative analysis with capital economy, development economy, and behavioral economy, the paper demonstrates the distinctive contributions and complementary relationships between these frameworks.
