Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of supervision, workload, and compensation on the turnover intention of outsourcing employees at PT Tiga Saudara Jaya, a company operating in the cleaning service and security sectors. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive approach, this study drew a sample of 200 respondents from a total population of 400 employees, determined through a simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. Through multiple linear regression analysis, the following regression equation was Y = 24,124 - 0,073X1 + 0,075X2 - 0,245X3. The partial test (t-test) results indicate the supervision (t = -1.760; sig. = 0.080) and workload (t = 1.443; sig. = 0.151) do not show statistically significant individual influence on turnover intention. Conversely, the compensation variable shows a significant negative partial influence on turnover intention (t = -2.750; sig. = 0.007), suggesting that improving the quality of compensation can effectively reduce employees' desire to leave the company. Simultaneously (F-test), with the F value of 4.366 and a sig. level of 0.005, meaning that supervision, workload, and compensation collectively exert a significant influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, the Adjusted R Square value of 0.048 means that 4.8% of turnover intention is influenced by the three independent variables, while the remaining 95.2% is explained by factors outside the scope of this study.
